Nana should perform and undertake all the promises he vowed. At the time he was swearing that it was achievable he was not sleeping nor dreaming. He went to all the region and told the chiefs who believed what he said. People like us knew he was telling lies and that has been his wicked character. I believe Nana Akufo Addo knows what goes into the manufacturing processes for a product:
. 1. He needs raw materials 2, He needs Labour (which is in abundance) 3. He needs electricity to power the plants 3. He needs water 4. He also needs market to sell the goods, There are many more but I would end here. Nana has not started yet, but I can see that his end is near. Almost all the promises cannot be fulfilled. $1 million dollars each year for each of the 275 constituencies. Is Nana Akufo Addo crazy? In any case is the Ghanaian currency denominated in CEDIS or DOLLARS?. Has he realised how stupid he is now that he is about to assume office?. One dam for each of the VILLAGES in the Northern Region, Upper East Region and the Upper West. Nana how many villages are in these regions and what will be the size of each dam and what river will feed into them?. Where will you get the power to pump the water from the dams for the irrigation/. Have you now realised how wicked and cruel you are, only to deceive the ignorant people to achieve votes to win the elections. The clock is ticking, and ticking very fast!

I strongly believe the statement will be redefined as we go along. No serious government will like to own a factory. The factory will be owned and operated by private entities. For the government to make that happen, It has to provide conducive atmosphere, like tax-breaks and perhaps affordable lands and other enticing incentives for people to want to venture into such initiatives. Plus the government can help increase the capacity of existing factories and businesses. I am not sure if NPP already has a master plan or they are not going to think about how to make that happen. But for sure it will be challenging.

The government should restart the Boankra Inland Port without any further delay. The project alone will create more jobs organically, as well as peripheral businesses than any factory in the area can do. A lot of money has already been spent on that project and a huge administrative building has been built sitting idle in the bush. This should be one easy project that should create over 3,000 jobs for Ejisu-Juaben municipality. Please jump start BOANKRA INLAND PORT asap.

Textile Companies in Tema and Juapong in the Volta region. I cannot remember where the Paper (Gihoc subsidiary company) was but it worked alongside the UAC group of companies which the colonialists left us.

Ghanaians are not seriously serious as a people who are interested in knowing the truth when it comes to governance. We believe in tribalism more than the simple truth and that is why Nana Akuffo Addo was bold enough to promise every single village in ghana, a hydro electric dam and went ahead to promise providing every district with a factory. I wonder if he counted the number of villages we have in the country and how many districts as well. Can he even afford to provide every district with one industrial power plant or he was drunk on the day or days he gave those promises ? The amount of money he invested in his campaign alone cannot allow him to provide even the smallest village in ghana with a generator which can power two bedrooms flat because he is not such a fool to sacrifice his money for ghana. From family properties sold and monies borrowed, the kapoipoi president elect is definitely going to retrieve his money and pay his lenders first before thinking of providing a single village in ghana with a hurricane lantern. If we do not eat good roads and interchanges , we are going to see how we drink hydro electric dams and factories.

"One district one factory would be challenging" that doesn't mean it can't be done. Imagine you plan think of building a house does that mean you have the plan so it's going to be easy?,hell no but with discipline, consistancy and hardwork you could build a house. We africans are abit special, people fly to space and a factory in every district in Ghana is a big thing while we have the land the labour and the financial resources so what else can stop us either than ourselves. Most people think it's the government who is coming to build those factories but most of these planned are going to be build with private capital.

Location of a factory, or any other business is and must ALWAYS, be based on economic imperatives, and not political ones. Locating a factory in ANY specific location will depend on (1) Reliable power supply (electricity), (2) Reliable water supply - this is particularly true in manufacturing, and (3) Good roads, to distribute the products that you have produced and (4) a good educated work force with a good work ethic. Ghana lacks all of the above. Ghana can achieve the objective, but only in the long term. There is a lot of work to do, in order to change the mindset of the average Ghanaian. Then the proper allocation of resources is required. Buying a thousand V8 cars should not be a priority. Some V8s but not on the scale we saw in the last 8 years. The political philosophy if the NPP is more likely to generate jobs, than the philosophy of the social Democrats.

Why can't nana do his promises, if Mahama says he has laid good foundation. If NDC is doubting Nana's ability, then the foundation they claim to lay is not as good as we think.
Nevertheless, the vision is big but it's not too far from reach.

Again , am assuring the incoming government that it easier to accomplish his promise. We have Valco of which the raw materials to feed it is an abundant natural resources which here . We shipped it out and basically process it in the develop country and we buy it at a high price to feed our aluminum smelting factory here (Valco). How complex is the basic processing of. Bauxite. It time we start to process the raw bauxite locally . Establishment of small scale aluminum powder plants with local manufactured machines owned by individuals and supply Valco with the needed aluminum powder to keep Valco moving. The demand for aluminum world wide is high. We can build the processing plants locally .

AKUFFO ADDO, AS WE LEARN IS SUPPOSED TO BE A EDUCATED ''ECONOMIST''AS WELL AS HIS VICE PRESIDENT BAWUMIA´, AND BOTH SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, WITHOUT THE TECHNOLOGICL AND INNOVATIVE SKILLS OF THE NOISY EDUCATED WITH BIG DEGREES AND PHD TITLES, HIS PROMISES WERE GOING TO BE AN ILLUSION.
THERE IS NO NEED FOR ONE TO WISH HIM BADLUCK, BUT, WE ALL PRAY THAT, HIS APPOINTED MINISTERS WHO WILL WORK WITH HIM BE MEM AND WOMEN WITH FORESIGHT, DEDICATED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN TRANSFORMING THE ECONOMY TO PROSPERITY IN GHANA.
A LOT OF HUGE WORK AWAITS HIS GOVERNMENT,AND WE PRAY HE IS ABLE TO OVERCOME THE MANY ECONOMIC DIFFICULTIES AND CHALLENGES FACING THE COUNTRY FOR THE PAST FIFTY(50)YEARS AFTER THE FORCED EXIT OF CPP UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF DR KWAME NKRUMAH BY THE ARMED CRIMINALS IN MILLITATY ÚNIFORMS IN 1966.
