My understanding is that the tourist or visitors visa requires that the visa holder stays for a maximum 6 months for each visit.

The one who applied for the visa and the sponsor are therefore liable to punishment.

It is entirely up to the discretion of their immigration officer. Having a visa does not automatically qualify you to enter into a country. It is a privilege they are giving and not a right. The MP's who violated that privile ... read full comment

It is not like in Ghana where there are two sets of laws. If you break a law you will be published. It's that simple.
