Asante Kotoko have agreed personal terms with AshantiGold defensive midfielder Abdul Latif Anabila and would now only need to on a fee with the Obuasi-based club to complete the transfer, according to Sunyani-based Nimdie3 FM.
Maxwell Konadu has been eager to bolster his midfield options and has settled on the midfielder as the player to come in to join Justice Blay who is on loan from Medeama.
AshantiGold have quoted a figure around USD$20,000 which Kotoko are ready to negotiate for a reduction.
According to sources, the player’s agent – X-One Agency, led the discussion with Kotoko upon permission by AshantiGold.
Anabila has spent two years at the Len Clay Stadium after joining the Elephants in 2018 winter and has impressed for the side.
