  Leave it in place. The law on castration should also include thieving politicians. All rapists and thieving politicians must be de-penised. Instead of crying that castration is inhuman, why not ask these rapists if it is human to rape a minor or even an adult? The law on castration must be adopted by all countries in Africa.
