The remaining sub- Saharan Africans countries like Ghana , Ivory Coast, Cameroon,Nigeria must learn from the the changes that are sweeping across the sub continent if they want to change the fortunes of their countries. The old folks as leaders have disappointed their people and the change is now .

The technical know how about governance.. a person who command respect both domestically and internationally,., some who will serve but not rule like we are experiencing today under the npp government.. lastly remember that age has nothing to with these qualities... A senseless lad today grows to become a senseless old man... Africa deserves good leadership
