  We Africans we get excited for promisses. But certain things do not depend on a president of a country. Even Obama could make the lives of the black people better after two mandates: because there are laws that are not easy to change.
  Furthermore, most presidents have no power: because soneone who is very powerful put them there so that they can do what they are ordred to do. And defend his interests.
  How can you know this ? Presidents come and go.
