  In the past, France tried to fool the entire world with false claims that it was a civilized country with great philosophers, scientists and people who claimed to be the apostles of la bonne vie. All this went on despite the fact that France was a leading collaborator in the most despicable crimes against humanity ie, slavery and colonialism.
  
  Now we all know that its presumptuous state of development is based on the unbridled and wanton theft of the resources of vulnerable Africans. This shameful stealing of African wealth has over the centuries, guaranteed not only a painful existence for Africa but in addition, it continues to condemn many Africans to their early deaths (genocide).
