  Mr. Bones, I agree with your post. Extremely stupid and gluttonous African political maggots steal their countries' monies and stash the stolen monies somewhere. When these political misfits die, the looted funds become freebies for their foreign beneficiaries to enjoy at the expense of the teeming suffering masses. Reversely, Dangote is doing the exact thing the rampaging political vampires should be doing for the suffering citizens in their countries.
