Are military leaders smarter than the civilians? What Africa needs are ABLE THINKER LEADERS to focus on industrial, science, technologies, and developments. Some countries are developed by dictators because they have the technologies. Comparing military and civilian governments in Ghana I think one party state or union government for Ghana is good. All Ghanaians must unit as one people with one voice like we see in China and Iran. China, Russia and Saudi Arabia are developed nations because of industrial, science, and technologies NOT democratic party states like America and Britain. Rawlings tried and he didn't succeed. Because Africa don't have able thinkers, and technologies like Russians, Chinese who are able to manufacture their own products.
