  I am highly against this idea of sending people to Africa against their will. The most serious threat to Africa on this stupid dealings is the people sent to Africa. Who are these people? Are they educated , have they got any criminal background or tendencies , what are they going to contribute to the country? What are they going to do to be productive to the country? I think Africa deserves better than these kind of people. No doubt they are humans but what kind of humans are these people and their future children? We need doctor , scientists , accountants ,or simply PRODUCTIVE people or Useful people. .
