  For the love money, corrupt African leaders will do anything. If this Rwanda leader weren't an idiot, he would have wondered why Rishi wasn't shipping his fellow Indian asylum rejects to some third party country. There hundreds of thousands of Indians in the UK who overstay their work visa and never return to India. Why did Rishi not bother with addressing that issue? You allow others to insult you by offering you crumbs to make fools of yourselves, and then wonder why they feel your African countries are shithole nations. As President of Rwanda, you should have insisted that the UK return those asylum seekers to their own countries instead of dumping them in Rwanda where the President is more than willing to pocket a few millions of dollars.
