I'm impressed about Ruto's position of firing all his Cabinets Ministers. Sometimes tweaking people around restores confidence and hope for the citizenry. A listening President always wins but the one who believes he owns the masses no apology nor respect stick to his guns and loses public interest. This is Akuffo Addo. Akuffo Addo lost the opportunity to serve Ghanaians when he refused to even reshuffle his government when Ghanaians were calling for such. When you fill your cabinets with friends and family how do you sack without creating a family feud? A lesson for all future leaders to learn.
The failure of Akuffo Addo as a President stems for the fact that he took all Ghanaians for granted only he and his family are wise.
Well done Ruto for rising up to the occasion and being leader.

The president is the head of the government so if the government has failed for which reason the entire cabinet is fired, why should the president continue to stay in office? Why not resign honourably Mr. President?
