  We love Ghana but we need to bring the daily bread home to our families.
  After having been laid off, he needed to find a job to feed his family... the overzealous Ghanaian wofa-wofa family. He cannot stay at home and do nothing, he needed to look elsewhere his services are needed. Thankful other countries see his worth. He did not dump the GFA coaching job, they dumped him: one man's meat, is another man's poison. This happens a lot all over the world. We need to nationally accept the feat and learn how we treat our own talented citizenry... and also know that, he, working as a coach for another country's football team, which will feature against Ghana once in a blue moon, CANNOT disqualify him from being a GFA board member. We should be grateful for that knowledge being acquired from elsewhere to make us wiser and much more experienced in our GFA talent pool and management of affairs.
  Be wise and grateful. Knowledge is money. It does not come from nothing. It comes from knowledge acquisition, involvement, studies, and time. Just in the weirdest form, put a formula to that, and you will be amazed how much he had to invest to get to this point.
  If you don't respect him as a person, put yourself in a similar situation with the trade you practice, put the same formula to it, and you will be amazed at yourself.
  That is life. We should be grateful!
