Look at the history of Rwanda. Its a clean country, no noise nuisance, no noisy church. You dsre not scam etc. so everyone is happy.
He also brought peace but did not retribute.

Take China, india, Russia. All are doing well. Singapore did well and its cos all had strongmen.
