It is pure incompetency and foolishness.
In Africa, we don`t have enough energy and electricity supply even to power our homes, schools, hospitals, clinics, roads & highways.
Many on the continent sleep on empty stomachs.

It is pure incompetency and foolishness.
In Africa, we don`t have enough energy and electricity supply even to power our homes, schools, hospitals, clinics, roads & highways.
Many on the continent sleep on empty stomachs.
Many struggle to have water to drink.
Why we don`t want to put in place the basics first is mind-boggling.
Or it is conduit for stealing from the poor public purse?
