  The South African government must stop fooling around and help those illegal miners out from the closed mine. After all, laws are made to be broken. And after violations, come punishment. Their punishment should include the reimbursement of all public money expended on their rescue efforts. But leaving them to their fate of death is no brainer. Additionally, prison blocks are built for us humans who commit crimes. And without scofflaws, the prisons will be empty, and may be closed down shooting the unemployment rate upwards.
