  President Emmerson Mnangagwa's action is no surprise because it is typical of African leaders with a dictatorial mindset. That was a carbon copy of what MUGABE did and for which he was overthrown. Corruption is endemic in most African leaders, and why that is typical of them is anyone's guess. When they want the citizens' vote, they approach them in sheepskin and holiest than thou speeches, and once they are given the chance, they throw away the sheepskin cover for wolf one. Citizens should make their voices heard unambiguously by their leader at the earliest signs of dictatorship.
  Dictatorship is a cancer and should be confronted with all forces at the disposal of the citizens.
