There may be some financial gains, but the dignity of your country, the Rwandan people, and the dignity of Africans is at stake. You have done so well for your country, and many of us admire you. Please don't lower the standard

  Is this Rwanda Foreign Minister, together with his President, out of their senses ? You are inviting criminals--VERY DANGEROUS CRIMINALS-- into your national system. Don't those illegal migrants have countries of origin where they migrated from to the U.S.A. ? Or is it because the U.S.A. is going to give you "some money to put into your pockets" ? Almost all those deported migrants are vicious criminals. Be very, very careful !!!
