  We, Africans, continue to trust the IMF, World Bank, UK, USA and all the wealthy Western nations "In the shared idea of prosperity" to our own penury and destitution.
  Uganda, should not return to the World Bank for any loan for that will enable the World Bank to constantly interfere in the country`s positive growth and prosperity.
  The U-turn is meant to lure and grip and control Uganda.
