Why do people feel the need to mention - 45 years later - that Zimbabwe was formerly called Rhodesia? We don't still refer to Ghana as Gold Coast AT ALL! For the ignorance that all Africans must be Bantu, honestly, is Serena Williams not American or Kemi Badenoch not British. Kirsty was born in 1983 in an independent Zimbabwe to Zimbabwean parents who were both born there. Who gets to decide that all Africans must be Black? What race are ALL Brazilians? What about Australians? Should they all be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Peoples? What about the French? All White, too? Kirsty is more African than all the racists in the comments section.
