Trump is a damn liar. This action against the four African countries was taken because these countries are not giving in to Trump's demands that they allow him to dump his unwanted deportees from other parts of the world in their countries. Trump has a right to craft his country's visa policy to suit the interest of his country, but there's no reason to lie about why that decision was made.
