  Evil Trump isn't following any law by dumping foreigners on certain African countries; he odes so because he can use dollars to buy the consent of corrupt African political leaders willing to line their pockets without regard for international law. It should be pointed out that most of the foreigners that Trump is dumping on African countries are not being sent there because it's unsafe for them to return to their own countries; he's dumping them in Africa because their countries refuse to take them back and he has found corrupt and useless African leaders who are willing to turn their countries into Trump's dumping zones in exchange for these leaders having their pockets lined with Trump bribe dollars.
