  France,respectfully please you need to be returning Money to the innocent people of the land,rebuild them,provide Accommodation/Shelter for all,good drinking water,Electricity, good transportation system, good health facilities and infrastructure and a good and better educational facilities for All.
  
  This applies to all 14 African Countries and more as well.
  This shows respect for the people, their ancestors, their heritage and their culture.
  
  Reparations Now for all African Countries under French Colonial rule as well as from other Countries too,Britain, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Germany and so on.
  
  All European countries who colonized any African Country must be made to Pay Reparations for the countries they colonized.
