  I agree with you. Thieving African leaders are the main reason for African countries' lack of meaningful development. African countries have an abundance of natural resources, and it should be no problem for any African country to afford the cost of condoms for its citizens. Instead of emphasizing family planning, these useless and myopic African leaders will rather engage in polygamous relations while begging European nations and the USA for cheap condoms. It's sad to see many African countries still holding beggars' cans for handouts, handouts that only serve to enable the continued corrupt actions of African thieving politicians. Africans countries have what it takes to experience real progress and development, but they have to give up their corrupt ways, their attachment to antiquated cultural practices, and also place emphasis on family planning.
