  Ouattara is Burkinabe and not Ivorian, and he is imposing himself on Ivorians with the connivance of France. These kinds of behavior are what invites coup d'tats in African countries. He plunged a hitherto peaceful country into civil war because of his lust for power. He had wanted to be Ivorian president right after the death of Felix Hophouet Boigny when he wasn't qualified to be President. Hophouet Boigny only brought him to help solve Ivorian economic problems when he held high position at the World Bank or the IMF due to his economic genius. Corruption in institutions in African countries, especially French speaking African countries always results in violence in these countries, and the Ivorian Supreme Court is always at the whims of their President
