Whatever Akufo-Addo might have done during his term as President has no bearing on the decision just made by Mahama. Ghanaians must be vigilant, especially when dealing with a President who is on his last leg as President and could care less about whom deals with without any regard for the best interest of the nation. First came the establishment of an office at Jubilee House to scan demented and fake prophecies made by useless Ghana quack pastors, and now this deal with the evil crook Trump. Enough is enough. We should commend President Mahama when his government is doing the right thing for Ghana, but be bold enough to call him out when he decides to get into matters that are not in the best interest of Ghana. Keeping silent on this act of Mahama will only embolden him to dive into more reckless decisions.

What a pathetic excuse for entering into a deal with that corrupt and evil Trump. President Mahama is wrong in using the ECOWAS protocol to support his corrupt dealing with Trump. The ECOWAS protocol does not address the dumping of West Africans deported by the USA into Ghana. Merely stating that these deportees were deported because of immigration violations fails to properly inform the people of Ghana that many of these deportees had committed serious crimes, and that accounts for the reason for many of them being deported. Trump certainly did not have the agreement of President Mahama to have these USA deportees dumped in Ghana without a quid pro quo, just as President Mahama in his first term as President entered into a secret deal with President Obama to dump Yemeni deportees in Ghana, deportees that the USA had held in jails for years and then decided against their prosecution. It came as no surprise that President Obama suddenly began issuing thousands of visa lotto annually to Ghanaians. Why could Trump not send his deportees to their various countries but Ghana had to be a dumping ground for them and to have these deportees shipped from Ghana to their various countries? President Mahama, this is a corrupt deal with evil Trump, and you have no excuse for entering into that deal. Parliament should demand a better explanation from President Mahama for his unilateral corrupt deal with Trump.
