  I'm confused about this article. The bond is for B-1/B2, not for F1. The article concedes as such. Then it goes on to state that the bond may come in place IF the student has to arrive earlier that 30 days from start of class ...

  I'm confused about this article. The bond is for B-1/B2, not for F1. The article concedes as such. Then it goes on to state that the bond may come in place IF the student has to arrive earlier that 30 days from start of class, assuming they have to attend early classes and such.
  With this knowledge in hand, why does this student with a scholarship just go to Ohio at the time the Visa allows the no-bond entry and make arrangements with the school for any extra time they may need?
  It sounds like an opportunity to complain rather than make lemonade out of lemons. My friend, your ability to think on your feet and make decisions of the fly will land you in good stead in University. Life is not scripted. Lear to call an audible.

Better to do things quietly because some envious family members/friends will do everything possible to destroy/abort the blessings. Joseph's brothers hated him
  and also multreated him because he told them about his dream. Samson was also betrayed by Delilah because he told her the secret of his strength. King Hezekiah showed his prized possessions to some people.
  This resulted in the captivity of the Israelites. I have seen many things happen to innocent and good people, so let us all be discreet in handling our personal affairs.
  This advice is for the man who got a scholarship to study at an American University.
