  So this useless Ugandan cleric can't reject the corrupt Museveni becoming a de-facto President of Uganda for life, but he can reject the appointment of a female as the Archbishop of Canterbury. Your rejection while sitting in your little Ugandan enclave will have no impact on the lady's appointment.
