  INFACT CERTIFICATE FORGERY IN NIGERIA IS NO NEWS AT ALL. I HAVE WORKED THERE AND A RICHMAN CAN BY BIG CERTIFICATES FOR HIS 22 YEAR OLD SON TO MANAGE A HIGH INSTITUTION WRONGFULLY.
