Trump's plan to goad Venezuela into making a mistake of attacking USA war ships that have been shooting Venezuelan boats and claiming that they're destroying 'drug boats'. Trump wants an an excuse for regime change in Venezuela. Thus, should Maduro make a mistake and hit any USA warships off the coast of Venezuela, the Trump invasion of Venezuela will quickly take place, and Maduro will be forced out of office.
