  These thieving African politicians will rather loot their countries while refusing to provide decent healthcare for their citizens since they can always run to Europe, the UK, USA and other places outside Africa to obtain the best medical care for themselves and their families. As long as Africans continue to vote for politicians and then resort to complaining about corruption and incompetence without demanding better governance from political leaders and government officials, this cycle of corruption and poor governance will go on for many years.
