They must concentrate most of th3 security to needed places more than other places and visibility presence is necessary.

  The abduction of the girls, despite fore warnings, and the capture and murder of the Brig Gen, even after allerting the army of his predicament, and call for help, clearly shows the inabilty, unwillingness, or ineffectiveness of the armed forces against the bandits and terrorists. With all its resources, and firepower, cowardice, poor motivation and leadership, may be the only reason for these failures.
