  The demands for "disinformation campaigns" and "malicious economic influence" and "destabilizing military activity" to be inserted into whatever by the Europeans shows they are now panicking.
  Who are better in doing all those listed destructive engagements in Africa than the Western European and USA and Canada?
  Russia & China are never "hybrid threats", so, can they go to hell.
  Who is supplying all the guns and bullets and cash to the Jihadists to destabilize Sudan, DR Congo?
  Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, after Ghana`s independence, strongly proposed and advised Africans emerging from slavery and colonization that we should align with Russia, but was vehemently rejected for he saw the Europeans and the Westerners as too vicious, greedy, bloodthirsty, exploitative, deceitful, propagandists and above all Satanic.

  The guns and bullets for African wars are paid for by Arab countries UAE Egypt Saudi Arabia and China and Russia is not doing anything for free you are left in lots of debt unable to provide essential service for your people and half your population wants to go to Europe. So yes China and Russia is not giving you the right development which you pay for anyway they are repeating the history of European treatment to Africa but you are blind to that. The question should be why do Africans so need these countries for development.

  The temerity of the west is mind boggling. Russia and China never colonised Africa and rape its human and natural resources. We are trading with them on fairer terms than we have ever had with Europe. America is currently shamelessly designating Venezuela as a terrorist state without evidence of armed force on american soil just to destabilize it and ship away their oil for free. The summit should be cancelled completely.
