ECOWAS had nothing to say about that undemocratic measure - the same fraud perpetrated by Ouattara in Cote d'Ivoire, Paul Biya in Cameroon, Musevni in Uganda. Electoral fraud as perpetrated by Jean Mensa and Akuffo-Addo in Ghana 8 years ago.
