  This is a fake coup organized with French support, the same that was done in Guinea-Conakry and Gabon! The military dictator and former President was heavily in on this, calling French media, France24 and Jeune Afrique in advance to inform them he had been overthrown. Embalo was known to travel to France all the time. Guinea-Bissau also uses the French neo-colonial currency, the CFA. The people of Guinea-Bissau must rise and organize behind the Popular Front (Frente Popular) party to get rid of the milatary thugs once and for all. These are the same elements that collaborated with the fascist Portuguese authorities to murder Amilcar Cabral in Guinea-Conakry, brought in the South American drug cartels and left Guinea-Bissau impoverished and underdeveloped all these years.
