  The UK shouldn't pay Rwanda anything. Rwanda was willing to act as a low self-esteem money hungry country that quickly allowed itself to be used as a dumping ground for UK's deportees who were not Rwanda citizens. Everyone first saw Kigame as a patriot and democratic President, only to discover that he's a cunning many causing havoc in neighbouring African countries while as selling his country's soul to the UK. Kigame should bow his head in shame and stop demanding any payments from the UK. That disgraceful scheme can't be viewed as an asylum scheme.
