So the judge couldn't see the contradicting evidence both the son and his father gave at the trial? The son said he went to the girlfriend's house to pick up his phone and the father saying his son was home all the time on that particular day. How blind to the truth can this Judge be? The son actually engaged in a fight with the the deceased when he went to the girlfriend's house to pick up his phone and met him there. The family of the deceased should appeal that corrupt judgment
