  The WEST had centuries to pause the CARTING away of our goods (Iam not talking of slaves), and invest some of the loot here. And but for agitation and independence they would have done this till Jesus showed up....
  
  And we should treat them with the same equanimity because "money is money"?
  That is the thinking of the NAIJAMAN, and that's why Nigeria, inspite of all the "money" and billionaires like you, is still languishing behind "poorer" countries.
  
  NO, Africa should not welcome any "moneyed people" just because they show up with money......We should NOW DEVELOP OUR SELVES USING OUR RESOURCES, and if we need help, GO STRAIGHT to other geopolitical regions....like CHINA.
