  One critical difference however is that the testimony in the Wontumi case was from someone, initially arrested and freed through plea bargain. His testimony needed to be corroborated.
  
  For the trial judge to have taken his testimony on face value and without corroboration is unfair to Wontumi....
  
  Should the people who are being arrested in Rambo style and being put in EOCO come out and say they were tortured, will their testimonies be taken just like that and EOCO officers convicted??
