  First, this man is British, so the media should stop describing him primarily as Nigerian. Similar style has been employed against us. When people of immigrant backgrounds achieve something positive, the British media often identifies them as British; the same standard should apply when reporting wrongdoing.
  
  On the substantive issue, I find it deeply troubling that such an act could allegedly happen not just once, but twice, in such a busy public place.
