Lets check the records, athletes send on scholarships more often done not skip the tracks to money-making jobs, leaving their athletics career.The Ministry should check and motivate them to stay put.

These are the exact steps we need to be taking. Identify talented athletes early and find opportunities for them to get additional training coupled with school work outside Ghana.
