The JUCO indoors took place in March so it stands to good reason that the JUCo outdoors came on last weekend. I wonder where Papa(USA)!!!! got his information from??? I thought this was supposed to be good news. Congrats to the boys and girls on another fantastic performance.

The Ghanaian athletes are all 24 years and above,. Meanwhile none of the American athletes are over 20 years old.

Biologically West africans are built with fast twitch muscle making us naturally predispose sprinters. we need to tap more into that talent and not poach something that is not there. we will not excel at long distance!!

Even Jamaica has a history of good middle distance runners despite major focus on sprints.
