Janet Amponsah broke the national 200m indoor national record with a 23.67 at the University of New Mexico Collegiate Classic. What is missing in this report is where she placed in the 200m. Should her time be regarded as a national indoor record, given that there are no indoor facilities in Ghana. Only those living outside Ghana have the chance to compete indoors.
