This issue has been out there for a while now. Why does Martha need a Manager, in the person of Micky, to make follow ups? There's an organisation that sent her to the junior Olympics. The President is awarding her a scholarship as a result of her performance at this same Olympics. Why can't she go to this same organisation for the follow ups? The moment you designate someone as a Manager, you cease being an amateur and you invariably build a wall between yourself and the organisation that took you to the Olympics. Now you have an intermediary for everything! That is not very prudent for an amateur. Unless she's now become a professional athlete.
