  This guy is really milking the system. He's taken advantage of ghana track and field and sponsors are doling money to him for nothing. There's is no improvement in the sports. He was one of the people that engineered the removal of the tartan track at the Accra Sports Stadium and instead of finding ways to get that intalled back he's using advertizing skills to milk stupid corporate ghana to enrich himself. His so call 7 year program is a very good attempt to throw dust in public eyes. The whole sports ministry can see beyond their nose to plan for activities so this Reks guy has taken advantage of the whole system and riding on the ministries back to make money that goes into his pockets only. He's not provoding equipments or gears for the athletes at all and I hear people saying nobody is doing anything for the sports so we need to applaud his efforts-thats bogus. He's a con artist that sees ghanaians as fools and obviously he's taken advantage of the situation. The Sports ministry has no agenda and Francis Dodoo also has his own agenda that does not working but he's in charge so he can also do what he wants to benefit himself. I wonder why no one is questioning Reks on his involvement in the removal of the tartantrack at the accra stadium. Elwak tartan is like drive to Gbawe lots of potholes on the track and young athletes will easily get injured yet we host national competition out there. Ghana Army should shut their stadium down now and find funds to rehabilitate it. Reks upon all his bragging abut running in the USA with top notch athletes show show us what connections he has to get us a mondo track and stop the foolishness of taking advantage of all these poor athletes and their coaches who has toiled for nothing with no rewards whilst rEKS POCKETS ALL DONATIONS AND GIFTS FOR THE ATHLETES. nONSENSE.

No easy access to transportation.Reks should stop lying to the press and the people about Ghana producing top notch athletes. Who has he taken upon himself to sponsor? No one. Not a single athlete. Which athlete can he named that he has bought and supplied running shoes or track suits, spikes to to help out let alone food and money for their wellbeing? And you media just patronize him and write all these nonsense promoting him as a saviour. Ridiculous. And a whole sports minister who doesn't know better following his around. Another hopeless fella who doesn't know anything about sports. What a shame.
