A-Pluz And Producer Split Up Over ?Apuskeleke?

There is one artiste who has distinguished himself in the hiplife scene and continues to lead a campaign for violent free election through his songs; his is known as A-Pluz.

In February this year, Kwame Vanderpuye who had some problems with his producer Mr. Kwame Vanderpuye who also manages a travel and tour company by name ITC. This resulted in him leaving his producer who has by then promoting his 3rd album ?Freedom of Speech?, Volume 2.

A-Pluz was dating the secretary of the company which the boss objected to. In a interview with Ghana Billboard, A-Pluz said that his boss was interfering in his relationship and therefore was asked by the boss to choose between the girl (name with held) and him (producer) and he opted for the girl.

Asked why he acted that way, he said ?I don?t work for him, neither am I on his payroll so I can choose to be in friendship with whoever I like?. After they parted company, his girlfriend jilted him for the fact that, she had become the subject of many gossips in the company.

?My girlfriend only called to tell me she needs a break?, he said. He added that, the girl should have shown appreciation after he left his producer.

Although Mr. Vanderpuye claims not ready for an interview when contacted, he A-Pluz was like a nephew to him and was living under his roof with him until the incident occurred. He said it was unethical for him (A-Pluz) to date his secretary in the company.

All he heard was that, A-Pluz was on Accra based radio station defaming him on air. He was however dismayed when this reporter asked whether he is the producer when this reporter asked whether he is the producer for the artiste

?This guy is disrespectful and I can only grant this interview if he is around?, he explained. An employee of the company (name withheld) said A-Pluz use to come to the premises of the company and believed there was nothing wrong between the boss and the artiste. All attempts to reach the girlfriend have proved futile.

After six months of leaving his former producer, he has now looked on to Nana Nuamah his current producer who has assisted him with latest album. ?Watch your mouth 2004? which is a remix of freedom of speech Vol.2.
