Mansions of various types and shapes are reported springing up but about 90 per cent of structures in the area have been found by the Eastern Region Survey Department to be wrongly sited, resulting in the lac of access roads and encroachment on places earmarked for public facilities. This has been a matter of concern to the chief of Kitase, Nana Adu Ampoma II and his elders.
