Akon Live In Ghana

Akon, a Senegalese R&B singer based in America has been busting charts across Europe with his platinum-plus album titled, ‘Trouble’ and will be heading to Ghana to showcase his talent.

Akon is schedule to perform in Ghana on the 30th December at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Akon was in Nigeria earlier this year to give his fans a taste of himself and is once again extending it to Ghanaians. He is expected to perform songs like ‘Bananza (Belly Dance)’, ‘Ghetto, ’‘Lonely’, ‘Locked Up’ and some songs from his yet to be released album.

Born into a musical family in Senegal, he moved to the United States when he was seven with his dad who played the traditional drum, Djembe.

Akon will be supported by local artistes like Batman, Wutah, Obour, Nana King and Francophone singer, Oba Omega.

Denmark, Spain, Germany, France, UK, Japan, Australia and New Zealand has got a taste of him, so Ghanaians are your ready for Alliaune Thiam a.k.a. Akon. Akon is promises Ghanaians a good show.

The show is being organized by 100 Degreez with Joy FM, Image Consortium, North America Airlines and TV3 as partners.
