Blu*3 On West African Tour

Uganda's top female popstar group, Blu*3 has set off for its first West African music tour that will see them perform in Ghana and Nigeria.

The Woah girls will first perform on Thursday March 2, in Ghana at the Ghana Music Awards (GMA) Nominees Dinner. The dinner has been organised specifically to congratulate all the artistes who got nods at the GMA before the official ceremony on March 3.

During the dinner, Cindy, Lillian and Jackie will share the stage with other Ghanaian artistes. The trio will also perform on the awards ceremony night that is expected to be glamorous.

Then on March 6, the girls will stage a concert at the La Pleasure Beach in Ghana. According to Steve Jean, the manager of the all-girl- group, will proceed to Nigeria for yet another awards ceremony.

They will perform at the Nigerian Music Awards slated for March 10.
Meanwhile, Blu*3 plans to release a full album after the success of their hit, Woah.

Group member, Jackie Chandiru said they will concentrate on completing the album as soon as they return to Uganda.

The girls have won Best Video Award for Hitaji at the 2005 Pam Awards and Best Video (Hitaji) at the 2005 Kisima Awards and say they will make sure that they stay on top of the pop game in East Africa.
