CHIEF EXECUTIVE WORRIES OVER POOR ENROLMENT IN SSS

Kweku Boateng, Birim North District Chief Executive has expressd grave concern about poor enrolment levels in the four Senior Secondary Schools (SSS) in the district.

He said apart from the Akuse SSS which has made slight progress in its intake, figure of the other three schools at Akokoaso, New Abirem and Akyem Ayerebi have benn dwinling since 1993.

Mr. Boateng expressed these sentiments when he addressed the first ordinary meeting this year of the Birim North District Assembly at New Abire on recently.
